Md. Al Asmaul Hossain (Sagor) Managing Director
Md. Al Asmaul Hossain (Sagor) was born on 1st December 1988 in Belkuchi, Sirajganj district. His educational journey began at Doulatpur ML High School, where he completed his Secondary School Certificate (SSC). He then pursued his Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) at Belkuchi Degree College. And he achieved his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) from University of Information Technology & Sciences (UITS).
He is a seasoned Electrical and Electronics Engineer with over 15 years of hands-on experience in Bangladesh’s power sector. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), he has built a strong career grounded in technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a passion for engineering excellence.
Throughout his professional journey, he has specialized in the practical application and integration of lifts, generators, and substations, offering innovative and reliable solutions across a wide range of projects. His core strengths include designing, assessing, implementing, and monitoring complex electrical systems and infrastructure, along with adept troubleshooting capabilities to ensure uninterrupted performance.
He currently serves as the Managing Director of Power Lead Ltd. (PLL) — a leading importer of lifts and generators, and a trusted manufacturer of substation equipment in Bangladesh. Under his leadership, PLL has successfully delivered 1000+ projects nationwide, earning a reputation for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Engr. Md . Mahbubur Rahman (Sagor) Chairman
Engr. Md. Mahbubur Rahman, obtained his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He Possess more than ten (10) years of professional experience in power field with renowned conglomerates in Bangladesh. He has extensive practical knowledge of Generator, Substation, Lift, Spares, troubleshooting and highly skilled in designing, assessing, monitoring and implementing various projects. He has proven track record of producing technical guidelines, result oriented and expertise in multiple tasks. He is a chairman of “Power Load Ltd” where he is directly involved in overseeing management of sales.
